beware the cats

nice house, location ok plenty amenities

WARNING: This house comes with 2 resident cats, and nothing in the advert mentions cats, so if you're allergic to cats or spiders, avoid ,renter realy needs to let people know, by time I found it was tolate to cancell, wouldn't recommend hot tub needs good clean and full big spiders 😀, house itself nice, warm,relaxing ,could do with spring clean, renters good communication, leaves milk bread butter and plenty stuff in cupboard, they live in the house at weekends so it's full of personal items which feels strange, comfy bed, drive way for car and a chippy and co-op facing property, sky tv once you get used to it,

Location was good for an overnight stay as we were travelling north.

It was comfortable and mostly clean and the owners were very helpful

The bed was very comfortable and they were sufficient plugs for my needs

The property was described as a one bedroom apartment. It was in actual fact, a three bedroom house and they had let one of the bedrooms. The owners were not there so we had the place to ourselves, but there were also too cats in the property. I love cats but my friend is allergic and there was no mention of cats in the description. They were adorable and there was also apparently someone that came in to look after them, but I thought I’d gone into the wrong house when I walked into the kitchen and there was cat food everywhere.

Comfortable, home from home.

Lovely house, excellent facilities. Bed was comfortable, house nice and warm. Lovely bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful residential area. Small convenience store and fish and chip shop opposite property. Nice that there was bread, butter and milk available on arrival. Good communication with host.

Bit disconcerted on arrival as there were two cats in residence which wasn’t mentioned in description. They didn’t bother me, they were very friendly but if someone was allergic to them…. There was nothing to dislike about the property.

Didn't stay ..owner forgot to let us know he had moved back in

Good location for the main roads, and there is a Co-op and a chip shop across the road. Nice house on the inside.

Lovely house with a beautiful welcome hamper of wine , chocolates, bread & milk. Hot tub too if you’d like to use!☺️ Super attentive host.
