Disappointing due to not being able to get into property at the time agreed after a long journey.

Good location for amenities, close to lovely park, shops and eateries.

On quite a busy road, with a Royal Mail depot just down the road, which means you can hear traffic and people walking past. The sofa and the chair in the living room are quite hard and the sofa very small. Only enough seating for 3 unless sitting at the table. Upon arrival there was a miscommunication between owners and cleaners and it was like walking into student accommodation, and smelt really bad. I can't believe people can leave a property in this state. This was unfortunate as after a 4 hour drive we had to go out and find something to do whilst we waited for the house to be cleaned. The cleaners were great though. No dishwasher. (should have double checked this fact to be fair, but thought as luxury refurbished property it would be as standard)

A very pleasant house with.great bedrooms and bathrooms!

Very central (near to everything Newark has to offer); it was clean with lovely sheets on the bed and fluffy towels-also a good kitchen with everything needed for a short stay!

The chairs looked lovely in the front room, but they weren’t very practical-could do with a slightly larger sofa, for when more than 2 stay…

Very clean and spacious and ideal for a short stay. Nice bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Super clean and new.

Location and newness. So immaculate and well equipped. Bedrooms a great size.

The furniture in the front room was a little uncomfortable so wasn’t great for relaxing on. For a place that slept 6, only 3 people could sit in a soft chair/couch and 4 at the table. We also ended up bringing down a bedside lamp so we were not trying to relax under a bright overhead light. I accept that most people are there for a local function or night out so these are not deal breakers. (The 10am check out was tough after a late wedding as well - 11 would have been better). I all this aside - it was still a good place which worked for us.

Great location

Great location. Sparsly furnished and double be upstairs quite uncomfortable. Clean and tidy apart from a bit of water damage to downstairs bedroom and a tiny bit of mold in the upstairs bedroom.

Fantastic location for Newark town centre

Property was clean and had been given a modern refresh with decor. Large windows made the property feel light filled and airy. Excellent and timely instructions for access to the property. The parking permit was most welcome and the location absolutely perfect for us being a stones throw from a fantastic real ale pub and a huge choice of restaurants.

Window latches were broken so windows had been locked shut. The ensuite window and frame had a permanent air gap at bottom right hand corner. The seat of the sofa in the lounge was extremely uncomfortable.

A lovely house in a great location. Could be more comfortable and warmer.

Spacious, clean

Very cold. Heating not on at arrival and only reached 16.5 degrees after the weekend. It made spending time in the living room uncomfortable.

Perfect for working professionals and couples on a get away.

Amazing bathrooms. Kitchen clean and a very welcoming easy to use house. We even bumped in to the owner on the weekend and he was well presented and welcoming. Truly understanding of customer service. Apologies for the late review. Thank you !

Clean spacious house

The property is very spacious and clean and well stocked. There is a nice garden and it was close to town for seeing my parents over Christmas Would definitely stay again
