Britannia Hyde Park Hotel by PLI

It’s a great location for Hyde park events , about 40min walk. It’s close to Paddington station, about 15min walk. The rooms were basic and were fine for a weekend away. Clean bedding and clean towels :-) Fans worked great as it was a very hot spell of weather

We had two rooms. One on first floor and one in the basement. The carpets on the first floor, don’t look like they have seen a vacuum cleaner for a while, the floor in the toilet hasn’t seen a mop in a similar period of time. In the basement, the floor has lifted and so the door drags on the floor, unable to turn on the lights above the bed, and the extractor fan doesn’t work in the bathroom, luckily my toilet habits smell of roses 🤣🤣

Good location with everything we needed

Everything. Super clean and practical. Had everything I needed and more.

Just that the neighbours a bit noisy in the night

Good location, close to tube station. Close to shops and Hyde park.

The mezzanine bedroom was 4 foot tall, so you couldn’t stand to get into bed and the ceiling was mouldy. The shower was very dirty. The window did not lock, so the room was never secure. None of the lights worked.
