One of those places that are so lovely and special that you almost don’t feel like sharing it.
We stayed for one night only, but this place itself is reason enough to come back to Carcassonne.
The place is beautiful, cozy and very clean.
The bed was very comfortable and the views are just stunning.
The breakfast was also an absolute treat!

Our room was great, the view from the dining area is excellent. The pool and decking areas are also very good.
The accommodation is very clean with high standards. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything! The property has been newly developed and everything was pristine. The rooms were very stylish, smart, spacious and spotless.
The pool area was fabulous and a great place to chill out after sightseeing.
Serge and Jean-Yves are the best hosts we have ever had! They were super attentive in a totally in unobtrusive way. They were approachable and looked after every request with such a friendly and efficient manner that nothing ever felt too much trouble.
The breakfast was glorious, we sat outside and overlooked a view of the medieval City.
Do eat there in evening. The food was generous and delicious, there was no need to eat anywhere else.
