What a wonderful place to stay, would absolutely return; our hosts and 2 gorgeous dogs were amazing and ensured a perfect stay. Great location and beautiful property decorated to very high standard, easy walking distance for all the sights. Our room was very comfortable and a good size for our 2 night stay, great choice at breakfast and amenities in the room and hotel. Icing on the cake was the outdoor area and pool which was very welcome during the exceptionally hot weather. Would recommend and return if staying in Carcassonne.
