The guest house was unique with lots of charm and history, it was spacious with communal lounge and kitchen areas if needed. Marianne was very welcoming and served a very nice breakfast in a traditional dining room setting. Despite being on a main road the hotel was a short walk to the old town and ramparts, also close by was a vibrant street with lots of restaurant offerings. I would recommend this hotel especially for families.
Frontage on a main road however there is private parking and it’s not too noisy.

An absolutely wonderful stay! What we appreciated most were the many personal touches that make this place so special. As a family-run property, we always felt genuinely welcome, whether for a quick chat along the way or when it came to accommodating our specific wishes, which they handled with flexibility and real attentiveness.
A true highlight was the breakfast basket we got to enjoy right in our apartment, with a view of the Cité, such a beautiful, thoughtful touch that gave the whole stay a lovely, personal feel. All the local tips and recommendations they gave us were spot-on and genuinely helpful too.
Location, comfort, and hospitality, everything about this place is just right. Somewhere we’d love to return to.

Were unable to use the breakfast as it didn't start until after the time we had to depart to hotel. There was no flexibility offered to provide anything earlier or a pre-made basket of croissants etc
The property is getting a little dated and has no lift. the bathroom only had a hand held shower in the bathtub, no ability to actually have a shower
