GOOD KNIGHT

It is a ground-floor house with 9 rooms and a big well-kept garden that looks directly at the castle (5 minutes walk to enter the citadel). The room was clean and nicely themed. The bed was big and comfortable, there are coffee capsules provided and coffee machines are located in the common corridor. There is a private parking that is protected by an electronic door, and it is located right next to the garden of the hotel. There is direct walking access between the two, but you have to drive around. There is A/C for summer days. I stayed only a night as a single traveler but it fully covered my needs, I surely recommend it.

The room has an air-condition but I did not see any other methods of heating the apartment. I visited in a chilly day of October and it was more or less ok for me but I do not know if this will be the case for a colder winter day. Have in mind that there is no separate bathroom (only separate toilet of course), so the sink is in the common space with the room.

Fantastic location right outside the Cite, about 30 mins walking from the train station. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and plenty big enough with a small TV, small table, and two chairs. The whole place was very charming and the contactless check-in made everything very easy.

The wifi was not great, and neither was the hot water the first night we arrived (not sure if everyone in the hotel happened to be showering at the same time or this is a real issue with the boiler). There was also no mini fridge in the room, but you can't have everything!

Clean and excellent location. Room serviced each day and facilities for making tea and coffee with table and chairs outside.

Standard room was small but sufficient for our short stay of 3 nights but would want a bigger room if staying longer.
