The hotel is in a great location. Parking just outside the walls with someone to shuttle our bags. It was a nice place but the front desk people were not helpful. We asked about restaurants and they seemed confused about actually recommending one. They also didn’t want to call and make a reservation for us. When asked about surrounding wineries the one desk guy actually said he had no “knowledge of anything outside the Cité.” Breakfast staff were grouchy both mornings. Bed was extremely hard with tiny flat pillows. We joked they were trying to give us a taste of Medieval times. The room was nice though with a cute patio— with hard metal chairs :).

It’s located in a wonderful place right in the middle of town. There was briefly a bad smell in the room when we checked in, but it dissipated after a while. We enjoyed our stay very much.
