Rooftop Face à la Cité 'RFC'

The location was on the new city side, quite close to the Pont Neuf. Therefore, I could walk up to the old city as well as to the train station and museums in the new City. Breakfast was fresh fruit along with croissant, bread, yogurt, orange juice and coffee. I like that the windows in my room opened wide for lots of fresh air. It even had a window screen!

I wish I had a kettle in my room. There was one available on the terrace, but that necessitated me getting dressed and going out there. Also, I would vote to prohibit smoking on the terrace. It made it unusable for me when there was a smoker. Although I knew in advance, it was still not easy on my knees to walk up four stories to my room. The proprietress, Brigitte, was very nice. Luckily, I speak some French because she does not speak a word of English! She also could not tell me where the nearest boulangerie was located nor could she give me any tourist help. FYI, there is an event venue located around the block behind the b&b. Two nights. They had events with thundering music that went into the wee hours of the morning. Not the fault of the b&b, but made it difficult to sleep.

Great location two minutes walk from Pont Vieux. Rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to start and end the day.

Breakfast was tasty, but lacked any savoury options.

everything! room was spacious. air con brilliant and much needed in the heatwave. everything was thought of. modern bathroom with great shower. very clean. bed was comfy, had an excellent sleep. breakfast was lovely, more than I could eat. best part was the rooftop terrace, such a hidden gem and so peaceful. host was lovely. we managed to get past the language barrier with Google translate. fab location, would recommend highly

check in strictly from 4pm. cannot leave bags there which meant I had to pay for a locker for the day but not the end of the world.

Location was good for the attraction although tricky to find. Car parking was ok once you could find the public car park which was seemingly free at night but you had to pay during the day but it was cheap. Car park was less than 5 min walk away. B&B was ok for a night or two.

For a B&B the accommodation was fine. Continental breakfast was ok. Our on suit was adequate.
