A small space covenient for an overnight stay
The location is close to the town centre and its amenities and not far from the port. It is on the ground floor. The instructions for finding it were detailed. When a problem arose (see below) the concierge service arrived quickly and offered to relodge us in a different flat above.
The street on which the alley leading to this property is located is one way, which made access difficult. When we arrived a workman was installing an air conditioner not knowing there was a reservation. However, he cleaned up and left quickly. There were some other small issues as follows. The WiFi code on the framed QR code in the flat is incorrect (but OK in the welcome book). The radiators controls are difficult to access (we only got the one near the door to work). The fridge door scrapes on the floor. The bed is installed in such a way that it is only accessible from one side and the wall mounted sockets and shelves cannot be accessed easily. (The attractive room divider should be removed/relocated and the bed turned 90 degrees.) The installation of picture frames without pictures is a strange decorative choice. The bed and sofa are quite low. Only one towel was provided for two people. The door key is bent.

We experienced heavy rain whist at the accommodation, resulting in drainage smells throughout. We were also surprised at the level of noise from the upstairs neighbour resulting in a restless night with our dogs unsettled until the noise reduced. Watching TV in bed was also made challenging as a partition frame restricted viewing. The accommodation although small and compact wasn't particularly suitable for our needs. The management company stated that drainage smells can be a result of heavy rain and this could have been addressed as well as the noisy neighbour however we decided to leave the property after one night rather than two.

Très cosy , studio agréable , très calme la boulangerie, pizza a 30 secondes , charmante petite ville, merci de nous avoir fait découvrir votre studio, on reviendra avec plaisir ☺️

Très bien situé et propre. Ils nous a manqué seulement un récipient de grande capacité pour pouvoir faire cuire un gros poisson au court bouillon. Sinon, tout était parfait et notre hôte à l écoute.

Tres petit studio avec beaucoup de rangement, fonctionnel, lit confortable et sanitaire de qualité.
Il faut revoir l accès du frigo qui se trouve sous la table pas du tout facile d accès

Génial
La facilité pour garer son véhicule à proximité est agréable. Le studio est accueillant, mignon, bien équipé pour cuisiner si on le désire. Il ne manque rien ; on est un peu comme chez soi, à la maison. Les commerces sont à une minutes à pied, la plage Riva Bella à... quinze mn. Cela fait toujours du bien de marcher un peu. La communication avec notre hôte Johanna, est simple, claire et précise. Un très bon séjour dans un endroit calme pendant le Normandy Beach Race. :)
