It was very comfortable, nice interior and decor. The shower was great and the WiFi was fast and stable. It didn't smell bad or anything. Just genuinely great. The host also spoke English perfectly, which is uncommon here.

The staircase up to the apartment is not usable for immobile or likely even elderly people.

Very happy with our stay at Mahd

Met by the host (Brahmin) of this property on arrival, super friendly & bilingual (French/English). The property is a perfectly converted attic space, very well presented and super clean, with everything you need for any length of stay for 2 people. Super comfy bed, and plentiful hot water from the powerful shower. Nice little kitchenette with coffee machine (and pods 👍) Overall we were very happy.

The wi-fi was a little weak/slow and the outside courtyard which has so much charm could do with a tidy up, otherwise there wasn’t anything that we disliked.

Bed was comfortable The host was quick to respond to repair the shower when the hose snapped off

1. Extremely steep stairs, overgrown entrance courtyard and dark at night anyone with mobility issues should avoid. 10pm all town lights, streetlights etc went out. 2. Light in bathroom on a motion sensor - when in the shower the light would go out and you'd have to open shower door and wave every minute to reactivate. 3. Pillow was very hard. I could not sleep with it and had very little sleep, sore neck and back the next morning Suggestions 1. Get new softer pillows. Bed is good just need softer pillows. 2. Install a shower light that stays on during shower use 3. Add a mirror on the kitchenette wall. Available to use when bathroom occupied and as ceiling is so low there would be room to brush hair

Great for one or two nights. Friendly host responded to my enquiry within about 15mins.

This is a really happy place to stay. It's tiny but so cute and adorable. The attic room has somehow got everything you need crammed into it. The decoration is bright and cheerful with a few interesting nick-nacks scattered around to add to the cheeryness of the place. It made me smile as soon as I entered the door to the foot of the spiral staicase that leads up to the accomodation.

I am 6ft 3inches tall and felt nervous about trying to stand up straight though it was possible. The tv had limited channels but personally, I don't go on holiday to watch tv. I stayed for one night only and feel that after perhaps a couple of nights claustrophobia would set in.

Een gezellig en knus verblijf dat van alle gemakken voorzien is.

De afgelopen drie nachten hebben wij verbleven in deze heerlijke bovenwoning. Het is klein, maar vooral gezellig en heeft bovenal alles wat je nodig hebt. De host is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij en de locatie perfect gelegen voor uitstapjes in de nabije omgeving. Bayeux zelf is ook een aanrader! 💓

Het warme water is afhankelijk van een boiler, waardoor de hoeveelheid warm water voor ons met twee personen soms beperkt was. Toch is het, als je gewoon een normale duur aanhoudt, goed te doen!
