Gites les Pourquoi Pas in Bayeux was a perfect choice for us while staying recently in Bayeux. We were looking for a place where we could prepare basic meals for ourselves and in that regard, Gites les Pouquoi Pas fit the bill admirably. Too, this property is within easy walking distance of everything we needed - grocery store, tour meeting place, train station - and it is a ground floor unit. The kitchen is very well equipped with a toaster, an oven and every utensil you might need. Our hosts, Vincent and Sandrine, were very personable and responsive to our requests for information and supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a "home away from home" while in quaint, historic Bayeux.

It was modern and very well designed. Very clean and quiet Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Only 1 cup in the press but loads of other delph. No shampoo which we have come to expect anywhere we stay and no small towels. The stairs up to the bed too took a bit of getting used to.
