Amazing stay, loved it.

The room felt very private due to having our own entrance. Great vibe - nice fresh but cosy styling and decorations. Facilities were very clean - amazing shower - bedding was crisp. We liked the attention to detail (tea, coffee, kettle, wine glasses, fridge, earplugs). Great location right outside the springs. We also really appreciated the flexibility when our train got cancelled and we needed to stay another night. Great communication overall. Despite it being right on the road the traffic didn't bother us at all, it felt very peaceful and we really rested. Would 100% stay again.

Comfortable and cosy nest to explore from.

This lovely room and the facilities are even more comfortable and cosy in real life. The space is beautifully decorated with plush bedding and some lovely and thoughtful finishing touches. Including an excellent shower. It is very close to the Tor and Chalice Well, two iconic attractions. and just a short walk into town, so it is very convenient.

The catering facilities are good, especially having a coffee machine. Although there are no cooking facilities, you can still self-cater your own cold breakfasts such as yogurts and cereal as a fridge, crockery and cutlery are provided. All other meals can be eaten out in the many cafes and restaurants in town.

Luxury and comfort, lots of little extras.

The host had left many useful things that made the stay enjoyable and comfortable. The decor was beautiful. There was plentiful tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits, soft and thick towels, ear plugs though we didn't need them. The whole place was sparkling clean. The host checked in with us to see if we needed anything, and responded promptly to our request. It was a pleasure to stay there.

The front door would stick and we often had a battle to open it, particularly when opening it from the inside where you had to pull the door rather than push it. It needed planing at the bottom. The same goes for the toilet door, we had to lift it as we opened it as it scraped the floor if we didn't. That door also needs planing at the bottom.

Over all I really enjoyed the stay at Gail Cottage.

This is a cottage which you have a privacy with convenient access to both Challis Well ( cross the street) & the Tor. The room is simple but clean with good quality of all the amenities , with nice shower . Though facing to the busy street, it’s very quiet after dark. The owner has wonderful communication and kind, so if you appreciate the privacy, this cottage is a perfect place for you. I will definitely be back when visiting Glastonbury.

It’s unassuming place so you may miss it if you are driving fast.

A very nice stay in Glanstonbury

The location was very fine, just 15 min. to the Tor and 1 min. to the well. (It should be the nearest accommodation to the Tor) To the High Street it took us around 15-20 Min. on foot. Parking was about 2 Min. from the cottage (at the Draper Footwear Maker which costs GBP 6,- per day) The room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic

Very charming , clean and comfortable, the location is amazing, it was so easy to see all the local sites, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We didn’t need to contact the Hosts for anything, everything we needed was there and they sent us plenty of information. I would highly recommend Grail cottage. We slept very well.

Front door was a bit difficult to open ( a bit stiff) but really minor problem, we thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Lovely lovely room with great facilities

Great room with lots of extras. I liked the fridge and extra touches in case you forget things. The smell of the freshly laundered towels thank you. The shower and beds are excellent. The decor is very tasteful, a lovely room.

No room for guests parking although there is a big gravel drive. Consider allowing people to park 1 car as it is a bit awkward. Please remember the phone signal is poor in the area, we didn’t get the room information at all and when I asked for it I was told by the owners to check the email, which I couldn’t do for things like WiFi code and PIN number for the key. I managed to log on in a pub later on in the evening and check the messages but really would have been more helpful to just have text me the information.

Beautifully relaxing.

Perfect location for exploring Glastonbury. Opposite the Chalice Well and the Tor. Nearby parking at a really reasonable price. Grail Cottage is a perfect place to relax after days exploring. Great attention to details, mini fridge and kitchenware, hot water bottles, shampoo/conditioner. Beautifully decorated. Will definitely return.

Lovely, welcoming comfortable stay.

Really lovely space, comfy and great attention to detail. Very clean. You can see they’ve taken other reviews on board - although we didn’t find the room to be cold at all or the road to be noisy. Great location. If we’re back in the area we’d definitely stay again.

Brilliant location, couldn't be closer to the Chalice Well Gardens. Comfortable bed, good equipment including a usb charger block, access to a wide array of movie channels, at 10' walking distance from the High Street, good shower and appropriate artwork for any Grail enthusiast ;)

Een fantastisch verblijf in de Grail Cottage.

De accomodatie was echt geweldig en sfeervol. Spik en span schoon, een heerlijke aparte douche en toilet. Meerdere gebruiks artikelen zijn aanwezig zoals shampoo, zeep, wereldstekker. Goede wi-fi, tv met meerdere streamingdiensten, koffie en theefaciliteiten inclusief thee, koffie, suiker en servies. Genoeg handdoeken en frisse bedden. Een klein koelkastje aanwezig. Het was volledig voorzien. Het zit echt om de hoek bij de White Spring en heel veel privacy. De host was erg attent en goed bereikbaar. Echt fantastisch! Bij mijn eventuele volgende verblijf zal ik zeker weer voor de Grail Cottage kiezen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 1- 2 Nächte super, für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht geeigne

Das Zimmer ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es gibt Geschirr und einen Wasserkocher, es gab auch gute Kekse und Teebeutel.

Es gibt keinen Tisch um gemütlich etwas essen zu können. Das Waschbecken ist viel zu winzig und direkt neben der Toilette.

Toda la instalación , las camas , la ducha , los detalles , limpio , ubicación

Que la calefacción no la podías encender cuando querías , tenías un calefactor aparte pero por la noche se apagaba la calefacción y no podías dejar el calefactor puesto . No nos dijo como se encendia el primer día y por la noche pasamos frío pero al día siguiente le preguntamos y nos contestó y se preocupo rápidamente de darnos las instrucciones. El agua caliente tampoco tenías cuando querías ,aveces salía caliente y otras fría ,no sé si hay un horario o los otros huéspedes la gastaron , no lo sabemos tampoco lo preguntamos Jorge nos mando un email con todas las indicaciones y direcciones de interés y nos regaló una botella de leche.
