The property was delightful - beautiful decoration and little touches - Janet has made a beautiful space and set in a lovely little garden. Really comfortable beds - really spacious - big separate double room and the sofa bed was so comfortable in the lounge area. So quite - really peaceful to. Only short walk away from town on foot. Really convenient to come go to the top of the Tor and Chalice Wells very near to walk to. An excellent location and opposite Morrison supermarket to get anything you need

Perfect location for easy access to the town. Hostess was very helpful with a warm welcome., was lovely having hot water bottles to warm the bed!

The host had done lots to make us feel welcome - providing many little things a traveller may have forgotten.
I could say many little things, but it had a generally ‘run down’ air which didn’t gel well with the price we were paying.
