Central Glastonbury Apartment

It was nice decor, has a washing machine, fridge and cooker. Clean with ample towels and bedding.

No freezer and no WiFi.

Very good communication from the host. He sorted out a new Toaster, Microwave and Wi-Fi for our stay. The location was very good and had parking, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was bright, airy and clean. It was well laid out with a separate kitchen and a large sitting room with views. The shower was hot and powerful, the bedroom was a decent size.

Unfortunately for us, there were two, long winding stairways to reach the 2nd floor, which we did not anticipate and found to be very difficult to manage and made you think twice about going out. ( anyone with mobility issues would not be able to navigate the stair way). The bed was a small ‘double’ and not quite big enough. It was rock hard, with absolutely no give in the mattress. The sofa bed was also very firm, but had no extra covers or duvet. Only 1 towel each for the 6 nights (no hand towels) and the kitchen utensils, plates etc were minimal.

Perfect location and spacious

Fantastic location.

Being a top floor flat above local residents. There was a feeling we were making too much noise by just being in.
