Lovely stay, very central to everything great place.

The location was brilliant, the beds where very comphy we had a great night sleep. It was very clean.

Great place to stay

The location is fantastic, so central.The studio was very clean, with 2 beds, kitchen facilities and en suite bathroom. The access to the studio is very efficient through a key box system and we could leave our bags after checkout.

The toaster could have been bigger.

Central, convenient, good facilities.

I stayed 3 nights and was out all day, just sleeping there. Other accommodations have had enough tea/coffee for the length of stay, this one did not. It was very clean and everything was in good condition.

The sofa in the lounge area wasn't comfortable and neither was the bed, so nowhere comfy to sit really. the location was great as it was central but the car park was flood light and this was both aspects of windows. there were blackout curtains but blinds may have afforded extra protection against light pollution, I felt as if I was sleeping with the light on all night.

Self catering

I have stayed at this property 3 times now. The apt was fine but the location of apt 2 on the ground floor was very noisy. Behind a pub so lots of glass dumping noise any time of day or night and directly on a street and directly across from the complex laundry so there was noise a lot of the hours.

This is one of the cleanest and quietest properties I've stayed at in Glastonbury. All instructions to get into the flat were clear and timely. The room was super clean and had all the amenities promised. It was a great stay and very comfortable.

Great base for exploring Glastonbury

Spotlessly clean, well stocked with essentials for basic cooking. Plenty of milk sachets in fridge. Superb location. Excellent parking close by.

Maybe I'm being a bit unfair with the negatives here as I had not realised there were studio rooms in this property, which is very well situated, with easy access and free parking. Good communication with owners. Clean, bright and tidy. Had a really good full length mirror this time which is something we have always missed in ther other rooms we've stayed at here. (seeing as we need to dress up for our event) I would definately stay here again, but will specifically request another room (which was remiss of me not to have done so this time) This studio room however, would be perfcetly fine for anyone who just needs a place to lay their head for a couple of nights.

We have stayed here many times before, so thought we knew what to expect. However, this time we were allocated a room on the top floor and have to say this did not live upto what we had come to expect from this property. Usually we have a proper apartment with sepearte bedroom and bit of living room/kitchen but this was a studio. Maybe I hadn't realised when booking? It was a bit squashed. I had to move the bed against the wall to give us more space and in order to be able to see the tv (I put it back again on departure) and the roof structure prevented us from even being able to sit up in bed. Bathroom sink cracked, and tiny shelf was leaning forward, so scared to actually put anything on it. Extractor fan didn't seem to work. bedding ok but not great. Large enough space in bathroom for a much bigger table seeing as there was nowhere to lay things out in the room. No freezer compartment in fridge.

Glastonbury Apartment

We liked the location. My partner has limited mobility & could reach the high street from the location. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a fridge & some equipment for us to use.

It was noisy, the building has a number of floors & is poorly insulated & so noises within & outside the building sound very loud. The sofa & dining chairs are not comfortable. The TV was in an odd situation making it difficult to watch. My partner spent more time than me in the apartment & could only be comfortable on the bed. The stairs to the apartment were steep & theres no lift.

Two days isn’t long enough for Glastonbury! I completely fell in love with everything and everyone! I can’t wait to come

I absolutely loved being in the Roof space with the sky windows, lovely comfy bed, nice hot shower. Everything i needed! All lovely and clean,Ceiling fans to keep you cool, Perfect location in this magical Town, easy access to everywhere. Friendly hosts easy to contact which is always Appreciated.

The only thing I would change, is the sofa but I didn’t come to Glastonbury to sit so it wasn’t a problem!

It wasn't as expected.

Very clean, room and facilities, close to centre of town, parking available. When we couldn't get bathroom radiator to work a man was despatched very promptly to set timer.

We were expecting a normal style room as per the 3 photos I received when booking, not a room in the attic, lost count of the number of times we banged our heads on sloping roof. Rooflights very dirty on outside. No storage for bathroom products in bathroom, the one glass shelf sloped downwards so items slid off. Beds were VERY narrow, my wife fell out 3 times over 4 days, (she is quite a 'mobile' sleeper though). Small dimension shower made washing awkward even for my 5'2" wife, when I dropped soap I had to open door and get out to retrieve it, no shelf in shower for shampoo, soap etc.

Convenient, very central location but the apartment needs some TLC and wifi - it was a bit pricey.

Great, central location Free parking but it is on a first come, first served basis, so not guaranteed, we were lucky we were able to park. It is next to a pay and display car park but it's quite small. Useful that it had its own kitchenette including washing up liquid/drying up cloth etc. Bed was comfortable

No wifi - if it did there were no obvious instructions anywhere. This is something you'd expect from a property nowadays - especially for the money we paid. The sofa was very grubby - it needs a cover which is easily purchased. The shower door didn't shut properly, so water leaked on the floor and the shower itself leaked. Having the TV in the bedroom would have been better as the sofa was side on to it in the sitting area and the TV was very small.

Great location! Easy to book and it had enough of the comforts of home.

Overall it was a perfect place to stay. The check in was easy and my emails were answered quickly. The rooms were clean and the location is ideal and everything is in walking distance. Very quiet and safe area.

My only complaint is that the sofa and the bed pillows were very uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchenette.

Pretty much everything except the shower was temperamental with going hot and cold and the kettle was leaking. But these are just trivial small things as the place was very nice to stay in and very comfortable with some great amenities. Absolutely loved it.

A good venue in a marvelous town full of smiling and interesting people.

Owners responded promptly to out call about how to get the key card to get inside.

Complicated. Finding out how to open the coded vault with the key took help by phone and from other tennnants. Booking.com sent us the wrong access code - the owner said this happens all the time. Also the staircase to the upper floor is very steep and narrow. Only one key card meant we always had to leave and return together.

so central, spotlessly clean and fresh. great parking. lots of hot water.

needs a fan because it gets very warm at night and can’t keep windows open due to noise. my husband is a big guy and found the mattress a bit soft for him and the shower is small. these things are only minor as they can be overlooked for a short stay.
