Host and staff were very friendly, helpful and flexible. Room with balcony was great. Additional heating available to heat up the room quickly. All basic facilities were available, bed linen and towels were fresh and clean.
The house and garden would overall benefit from a little more care and attention.

The location is great.
Gorgeous view from the balcony. Quiet street. Close to the centre and the hiking paths.
Big kitchen with all appliances you might need.
Very good, prompt and clear communication. Very easy to find and get the keys.
It's not very clean.
The toilet is on the same floor (it's not in the room) and has a separate key, which is not very convenient. When you need a toilet, you have to leave the room, go across the hall and open the toilet with the key.
The shower is located on the first floor, while the room is on the ground floor.
So toilet, shower and the room itself are at three different locations, which is not very private.
