Location, you have your own kitchen and bathroom, easy check in and communication is very good.
Stayed in this building before in another apartment which was good. Unfortunately in this apartment there were a lot of things broken/missing like the dining chairs where very wobbly so it made it uncomfortable to sit on. Window curtain and towel hook were broken.
In the kitchen there was no drying towel so had to use a small bath towel.
There was a weird door in the bathroom with a piece of paper hanging out which opened and lead to a dark space, which was very creepy.
All small things but made my stay a bit awkward but I would stay here again as the location is great.
