Welcome to our family friendly home! With parking on the premises, two single beds and one double bed, it has a brilliant configuration for families wanting a base to explore the beautiful area around us.

Our home is newly refurbished and tastefully decorated, designed to ensure you feel at home from the moment you step inside.

Located in Ushaw Moor, the property is close to Durham City (home of "one of the greatest backdrops in the world", according to Bill Bryson and we're minded to agree. You are never far away from what you may need.

Downstairs, there is a kitchen diner that is well equipped with everything you may need. The dining table is ideal socialising around and sharing a meal with your fellow guests.

Upstairs, you will find one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom, with two single beds. There is also a family bathroom.

Parking is on site.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
