The property was decorated really nicely, it was well placed for our daughter’s graduation and we had a lovely stay. The communication with Mo was great too, he was really responsive, particularly to phone calls. Lots of added extras like washing up powder, coffee, toiletries etc. which were much appreciated.
It was quite warm at night and we would have loved to have some fans.

A good size property for a family, well equipped, good tv services and internet, a coop and Greggs over the road and close to Durham
No curtains and the blinds didn’t block the light so didn’t have dark rooms at night. Cobwebs around the blinds, dirty crockery and old cider cans full of cigarette ends left in the garden. Couldn’t reach agent by phone or messages for hours when we had a fire alarm going off! Was quickly resolved once the agent got in touch around 3 hours later and sent an electrician to fix it
