Great location within easy reach of Durham city centre. Comfortable, clean and spacious property. Great to have free parking on the drive. The interior decoration was nice and there were all the amenities we needed.
It would have been nice to use the garden but it was unappealing due mainly to the grass not having been mowed/weeded. It would be great to include salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Quiet location. further from Durham than expected. Decor and furnishing pleasant. Plenty of towels. Children loved having netflix.
Needs more tumblers, no pint glasses . Not enough dessert spoons. No condiments, ie salt and pepper. Garden was very untidy at front and back. Didn't give a good impression. Patio area ok but only small table with four chairs. Instructions for washing machine and tumble drier would have been useful.
