"Ivyholme" Superb Premium House in Central Durham Location

The kitchen was well stocked with equipment.

The windows for three out of the four bedrooms didn’t open and there were no fans. Very stuffy.

The location, kitchen and the standard of accommodation. The extra provisions provided (bread, butter, biscuits, milk) were very much appreciated by all.

Fabulous house for a group of friends or family - loads of room, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The welcome pack - bread, milk, jams, butter and cookies - was a lovely surprise and a really nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay here and the house is really handy for town and the train station - you definitely get your steps in walking up the hill 🤣 The 4 bedrooms are all lovely and the beds are really comfy. The duvets are sooooo cosy! It has a lovely modern bathroom with a great walk in shower. We would definitely come again and would highly recommend it for a stay in beautiful Durham.

Warm and comfortable accommodation, spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. The host, Jon, was brilliant, excellent communication and great welcome. Supplied little extras like breakfast food which was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Outdoor areas are work in progress but with great potential.
