Absolutely beautiful looks exactly how it does in the pictures,most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept it,outstanding,staff was excellent she was there anytime for anything you needed,ideal location

Everything about the place was geared up to be absolutely fantastic. The location. The style. The restaurant reservations. The fact that we chose to stay here instead of booking into a standard Hilton or Marriot etc meant that it took my eye and looked to be perfect for what we wanted.

Everything that was excellent about the place was let down by the fact that not once did anyone mention or say that there was going to be HEAVY drilling and building works beneath us from 8:30am until check-out on the Tuesday. I booked for two nights and was awake from very early both days due to building works. I would not have booked here if I had of known about this and i was due on a conference call at 9:30am and had to leave the premises because I could not find any quiet space in any room. I had a six hour drive home and was not relaxed. I felt like I had wasted money by not getting the good night sleep and well deserved lie-in that I could have had! The doors also slam really badly in the whole accommodation. I even nearly got trapped in the living room because the door handle came off in my hand! I was offered 20% off my next visit. I would not be going back to that accommodation which is a real shame because I was really looking forward to that visit! :(
