A tale of 2 halves
Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and warm. Well equipped it had everything we needed for a short stay. Location overlooking the river was lovely, although traffic noise was a little intrusive. Central location was very convenient.
Whilst the apartment was lovely, the logistics of finding it and then getting in were a nightmare. Even with Google maps, the location proved very tricky to locate by car. Some indication of road signs once in Durham would be useful. Secondly we were told to use particular numbered parking bay, this was in use by another car. Thirdly, the keys didn't work and we had to phone for assistance, which came promptly. But the locks to the street door had been changed, confusion reigned.

Had an enjoyable relaxing time, very happy with accommodation
Location was near enough to Durham centre to walk to many locations. Quiet area.
Cooker was not easy to work out. Although many eating places nearby so didn't need to use it

Great apartment for a city break
Comfortable and modern apartment and very handy location for station and city. Helpful communication.
Only suggestion is that it would be helpful to have 2 front door keys.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location.
Location was really convenient. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and is well presented, with a great shower. It's well equipped. There is off road parking which was very useful.
Two things need to be fixed: the automatic gate to get into the car park doesn't work properly. And the TV in the living room was very temperamental.
