A light and airy, 3 bedroom, modern townhouse only 15 minutes walk to Durham City Centre.
With parking to the front and spacious rooms inside this makes a perfect base for those visiting Durham.
Internally, the accommodation is spread over 3 floors. There is an entrance hall with a ground floor shower and side door to garage. Also on the ground floor is TV room with sofa bed which can provide an extra double bed (available with a £50 rental cost) to bring the number of beds to 5. There is a backdoor leading to split level back garden. To the first floor is the kitchen, with fridge/freezer plus an extra freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, dining room, toilet and lounge. To the second floor is the master bedroom with walk in dressing area and ensuite shower room. There is also the double bedroom and third bedroom with 2 single beds and door way leading through to the family bathroom. The bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway. To the front of the property is driveway leading to single garage providing ample parking.

We booked this place to spend some time with our son for his graduation. It was roomy enough for the whole family and close to the university.

Great place to stay with family or friends, comfortable and within walking distance of the town centre. Only got access details 5pm the day before, told they were 3pm access and 10am to vacate, need to update the website details and folder in the house as they both state 2pm access and 11am to vacate.

We enjoyed the house very much! It was everything it promised in the website and more. It was very clean, well appointed. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are two living rooms, so that there's plenty space for everyone to gather or have alone time. Entrance set up comes in handy if it rains, so you don't track mud to the rest of the house. During nice weather it has an ample yard. Rooms have black out shades so you may sleep late, but leave them up and you'll have sunny well lit spaces all day. It has a convenient distance to town, a very pleasant walk, or by Uber, or cab no more than £ 6-7. Also a great pub nearby for great food. We came to bring Thanksgiving celebration to our daughter attending Durham University. We found the house comfortable, reasonably priced and pleasantly accessible to town. We highly recommend them and will certainly be back.
