Lovely modern house in Durham

The house was lovely and modern with comfortable beds. The location was great with a short and beautiful country walk into Durham.

There were 7 of us and it would have been good to have more dishes and cutlery.

Lovely house, very clean and comfortable, would recommend. Just need light out back 😁

Lovely & clean. Big rooms. Everything you needed. Mirrors in all rooms 😁 hairdryer. Having 3 toilets & 2 showers was great, especially as over 3 floors. Also nice having tea bags, coffee etc there on a tray.

Arrived later at night. Keys are collected from locked box around the back. No lighting, hard to find in pitch black or see numbers on the lock.

It was perfectly situated for a gorgeous walk to durham for congregation- a beautiful walk and a lovely house - 4 good bedrooms, one with an en suite a family bathroom and a downstairs loo. Garden was enclosed and had furniture for late evening champagne drinking!

Nothing. There was a minor issue with a sink draining and someone came out on the day to sort- genuinely there was not one issue with the house

We are very pleased with the stay

The property is located in a quiet area and was very clean and is only 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

The kitchen cum dining area always felt cooler even after cranking up the heating controls. May be we should have used the oven more!

A lovely house in an excellent location.

The location was absolutely excellent - within walking distance of the city centre but in a lovely quiet street. The house is lovely, spacious and well laid out.

It would have been useful to have had some kitchen cleaner and cloth, but that's being really nit-picky!
