A beautifully decorated and presented property in the heart of Masham. Well equipped.

It was all good. Shame about the builders crashing next door but that didn’t really detract

Masham- short break

The house was cosy as it's name suggests! Lamps being on when we arrived was a really nice touch. It was spotlessly clean, looked and smelled fresh & clean. Quality bed linens and towels Beautifully decorated with quality Well appointed with everything needed, We cooked here and the kitchen was great- home from home. Perfect location steps away from the Market Square. Masham is a beautiful village- pretty, friendly people with plenty to do. We'd love to stay for longer next time. Don't hesitate to book a stay here.

A lovely cottage in the perfect location. Surrounded by lovely walks and good pubs! The cottage had everything we needed and was very spacious. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Cosy Cottage.

Aspects of the accommodation are a little tired. The description did not highlight that the 4th bedroom is very small with a small double bed up against a wall, no waste bin amd no mirror. Certainly not comfortable for 2 guests.Road noise was a problem with traffic from very early in the morning affecting sleep.

Really wonderful cottage in a superb location.

Beautiful cottage, extremely comfortable, spacious and well kitted out with everything you might need. Wonderful location on the edge of the market square with everything on the doorstep. Easy parking across the road in the square. Fab grocer, butcher, pubs, cafes and 2 amazing brewerys. Spectacular walks all around. Wonderful stay, look forward to visiting again.

We loved everything, the only thing was the outdoor area wasn't ideal for a dog.

2nd visit and 3rd already booked!

Our 2nd time and most definitely not our last. It’s a beautiful cottage with all you need for your stay. It’s perfect for relaxing, walking, pubs, shops. The bedrooms are all lovely and the beds comfy. It’s clean, warm and has enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The hosts are great and very responsive. They also send you lots of info on what’s available locally and a little further afield but we just park up the car and chill in Masham as it’s lovely as are the people. You will not be disappointed if you book this place!
