Location is excellent with a short walk into Masham's centre. Gorgeous views from our window. A lovely light and airy room. A very peaceful location in a splendid old house with charm and elegance.
We did find the mattress too soft, having said that we appreciate everyone's needs are different and we have a firm mattress at home.

Everything - exactly what we wanted and needed. Where did you get your mattresses as never slept better.
Masham a lovely wee place. Everyone so friendly with my wee boy having autism, so accepting.
Will share on my Instagram and told friends its brilliant - an ideal base for forbidden corner
Oh and the WiFi was amazing

Great location, not too far to walk into the centre although it’s pitch black near to the property after dark! Lovely historical building from the outside. Nice and quiet.
Very dated, fridge was losing rust on the floor, bedroom small, no comfy seating in our room to relax on an evening, kitchen utensils and necessary items very sparse, not even any washing up liquid! I know it’s self catering but all places we’ve stayed at before provide the basics at least for a 2 night stay!
