2-bed apartment in Central Clifton, GREAT LOCATION - Period Features, High Ceilings, Balcony x2, Office, Stylish, Modern

Pete the landlord was there on our arrival, could not have been more friendly or helpful when settling in. I was there with my wife,son and mother in law for my sons graduation. The apartment was fabulous just off Clifton village had regular bus transport just outside accomodation but most places accessible easily on foot[ city centre/docks etc). If you are going for Grauation, all buildings within a 10 minute walk. Will definitely stay there again.

Not Pete's fault, but no free parking if you have your own car. Bristol council seem to make it really difficult to park for any prolonged time. In the end took the car 2 minutes drive up the road to Clifton Heath and left it on the common for 2 days,plenty of parking spaces and free, caught UBER back to apartment.

Met on arrival and everything explained. Flat is roomy and reasonably well equied. Really close to local centre and good transport links to city centre.

Providing a visitors parking pass, parking in the area Mon - Sat near enough impossible and when you do find a paid space it's nearly £9 for 3 hrs. There doesn't appear to be anywhere when booking to indicate if you are coming with a dog - after arriving and being met had a text 1/2 hour later asking for a further £50 to be transfered directly. Would have liked to have seen this included in the overal price. I'd also add that VAT was not included in the original quote and not until booking was it shown.

Brilliant location, really close to the East Village. Well equipped kitchen and lovely spacious living room and main bedroom.

Can get noisy at night with revellers. Second bedroom is a bit small, and could do with a couple of extra chairs for the dining table.
