This spacious end-of-row house (120 square meters) is located on a sunny south-facing slope overlooking Lake Weißensee and offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. The spacious living room, with its panoramic windows and access to the terrace, is the perfect place to unwind. Amenities include a modern flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a collection of books and games. The tastefully furnished kitchen is fully equipped and meets the highest standards. Three bedrooms, a large bathroom, a sunny southwest-facing balcony with a lake view, and a garden with a sandbox and playhouse round out the amenities. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

With approximately 120 m² of living space, this renovated townhouse offers a comfortable atmosphere in a nature-rich setting with views of the surrounding mountain landscape, including Falkenstein and Breitenberg. Weissensee is about a ten-minute walk away. Three spacious bedrooms with double beds, a living area with a dining space, and a modern kitchen provide the ideal conditions for a relaxing stay.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub and is complemented by a separate toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, and a sauna can be used for a fee. D
The terrace, furnished with seating and lounge chairs, opens onto the garden and offers an unobstructed view of the mountains, especially at sunset.



With 28 vacation homes, the Füssen-Weissensee vacation village is one of the smallest vacation complexes in Germany. The vacation village offers two types of homes with living areas of 50 m² and 85 m², respectively; the vacation homes are individually furnished. 
Standard amenities in all vacation homes include:

• a living room with satellite or cable TV, as well as a radio or stereo system

• a furnished patio

• Garage or parking space at the vacation home

Our services begin even before your arrival. We offer a grocery shopping service upon request. You’re also welcome to contact us before your arrival to find out when early check-in is possible. That way, you can check into your booked vacation rental as early as the morning.



Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
