Central location, just on the central square. Well furnished with modern design. Comfortable parking at the premises. Friendly staff giving a good daily service to clean the rooms and provide new towels and bed linen. Quick responses to all questions through the Booking application.

The toilet area is just under the attic which serves as the bedroom . The roof of the toilet serves as the floor of the attic. But the roof just partially covers the toilet area, to provide space and light in a high ceiling room. Therefore any activity in the toilet at night would waken up the others. Covering the toilet area completely with a roof would solve the problem and increase the area of the attic which serves as the sleeping area (just a suggestion).

Perfect location, nice and clean room, comfortable bed. The checkout time was quite early and the payment to extend it was rather high, especially with affordable initial price, but cannot complain about anything else. Definitely recommend!

Das Bett ist auf der zweiten Etage, da durch wird das zimmer getrent, und wenn eine Person weiter schläft kann die andere Person sich unten beschäftigen

Das Hotel war extrem unflexibel bei der Aufbewahrung unserer Sachen. Wir wollten noch den Tag in Locarno verbringen und mussten deswegen unsere Sachen rumschleppen, weil das Hotel keine Möglichkeit hatte, unsere Sachen zu deponieren.

Bellissima struttura in centro a Locarno.

La camera si trova in un palazzo storico in posizione centralissima a pochi metri dalla piazza principale del paese, ed è letteralmente in condizioni pari ad un primo ingresso. Arredi razionali e di ottima qualità con la bella soluzione del letto matrimoniale situato su un soppalco ricavato sopra al bagno. Pulizia degli ambienti ineccepibile. Il check-in ed il check-out possono essere fatti in modo totalmente autonomo grazie alle istruzioni che vengono inviate dal gestore. Io comunque ho avuto bisogno di contattarlo per richiedere un posto auto all'ultimo minuto e la risposta è stata immediata e molto cordiale. Ultima nota positiva, il prezzo decisamente conveniente rispetto alla qualità di tutta l'esperienza, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Davvero consigliato e davvero complimenti!

Un giro per la svizzera

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Compreso il contatto tramite whatsapp presumo con il titolare, che ha dato tutte le spiegazioni con annesse foto per trovare hotel, il parcheggio comodo attinente e anche il ristorante. La camera era top pulita spaziosa e comoda. Comodo check-in e checkout. Prezzo buono.

L'unica cosa da rivedere è il climatizzatore con pompa di calore leggermente rumorosa, e io avrei preferito qualche grado in più in camera, ma non era possibile alzarlo. "Credo, ho provato".

Ottima posizione, molto carino ed evidentemente di recente ristrutturazione, staff veramente molto disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Praticamente nulla; segnalo solamente che il letto sul soppalco è un po’ scomodo, sia per lo spazio ridotto attorno che per chi deve alzarsi spesso di notte per andare al bagno…

Einfacher Check in. Grosszügiges sauberes Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon Richtung den Piazza Grande und konnten trotz Weihnachtsmarkt gut schlafen.Kaffee und Tee vorhanden.

Statt ein Schreibtisch würde ich eher ein kleiner Tisch bevorzugen.

Nous nous attendions pas à toutes les commodités dans la même pièce (WC, douche )! Nous aurions apprécié une cafetière et bouilloire, pour le matin au réveil. Le stationnement est un vrai jeu de piste et payement courte duré. Parking privé pour ma part trop onéreux, mais peut-être normal à Locarno !

Un luogo dove svagare la mente e ricaricare le batterie

Ho apprezzato l’ambiente moderno e curato nel rispetto del palazzo storico. Per esempio hanno mantenuto e risaltato le bellissime travi del soffitto in camera. Camera ampia, pulita e confortevole con affaccio su una bellissima terrazza, sui tetti del centro storico. Non presente una reception ma il personale è molto disponibile e risponde tempestivamente via chat / telefono Facilità nel self check-in

Mi è stato consigliato di cenare all’Osteria Canetti (posto molto carino e all’interno del medesimo palazzo). Per i clienti viene offerto un voucher del 10% di sconto, ma quella sera era prevista la sola cena a base di pizza gourmet buona, ma avrei preferito un pasto tipico della zona e purtroppo era troppo tardi per cambiare posto. Consiglio, se possibile, di darne avviso preventivamente

Top Lage. Sehr gutes Bett (Kissen und Decke ebenfalls). Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Modern eingerichtet. Achtung: wer nicht self Check in machen kann, sollte sich vorher informieren. (Alle Infos werden zwar genau, mit Bilder auf's Handy geschickt, was das einchecken eigentlich einfach macht). Wir werden sicher wieder kommen

Tolle Lage, war ideal für den Halbmarathon in Locarno

Ich habe zwei Zimmer gemietet. Leider musste mein Sohn kurzfristig aufgrund Krankheit absagen. Leider musste ich das Duschen mit 50 Franken extra bezahlen mit dem Argument das Zimmer schon gereinigt war. Das zweites Zimmer nicht gereinigt werden musste und keine Bettwäsche anfiel wurde ignoriert. Mir ist nicht leid um die 50.— . Ich finde die mangelnde Kundenorientierung einfach peinlich.

l'hôtel ne propose pas le petit déjeuner. La situation et très centrale dans Locarno, calme. chambre très propre et beaucoup de charme. Ne pas être surpris si personne ne vous accueil, il n'y a pas de réception. Le retrait des clés se fait par un code ou Qr code Avec ouverture d'une boîte à clé.

Manque un fauteuil pour une chambre pour 2 personnes Dommage vraiment dommage. Pour les personnes qui séjourneront dans cette catégorie comprendrons ce manquement.

Nettes Apartment in toller Lage.

Tolle Lage, Parkplatz im Nebenhof. Das Zimmer ist schön gestaltet, ein Badezimmerkubus, auf dem das Doppelbett sitzt, welches man über eine Treppe mit Glasgeländer erreicht. Dort fühlt man sich wie in einem kleinen Nest, so hoch über dem Zimmerboden, sehr nett.

Es gab keinen kleinen Beistelltisch an der Couch.
