Homely vibes … right next to the train station

Location right next to the train station and Alexandra at the front desk who makes you feel at home. Super clean and silent.

Ask for extra blanket when you check in as we felt the need in the night.

Location very convenient. Close to the train station, lake, and main bus routes. Staff very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend for family stay.

I would be like to visit this hotel more and stay in another room.

Location is super, 2 minutes from bahnhof and lake. Beds are comfortable and in our family room was small good organized kitchen. Bathroom is very good, shower is perfect. Room is air-conditioned, that was good after hot day.

Our room was completely on top and we had only 2 small window's on top. That was a bit special.

Location is perfect, as it is next to the train station and 10 minutes walking from Piazza Grande. International breakfast, receptionist very gentle. Very recommended for people who wants to sightseeing Locarno or even travel from there, as the train station is 1 Min from the Villa.

Centrally located and the staff could not be more helpful. Good breakfast, some parking. Very comfortable beds, wonderful shower, smallish room but very well decorated.

Superb

The host is pretty kind and generous. I got that I'd be late and not able to make for supermarket for an adapter. Then she told me that she'll prepare one for me. When I was there, I was surprised to find a unopen one and realized that she went out and bought one for me. Also, she insisted me having a coffee and gave me some bands when seeing my wound while I was leaving, which is pretty warm. Haven't got a chance to stay here longer but glad that I was here.

The bar was not open in the evenings which was shame as the terrace was a lovely spot to sit with drinks in the evening. Room Minibar prices were expensive by European standards.

really nice hotel where quality is visible. Breakfast was excellent. Very close to the rail station Locarno and with the Ticino Public Transportation card no car needed at all

nothing to add but good to know: a little bit difficult if you have to access the hotel with a stroller and outside the front desk opening times. Windows can be open during the night but there is a lot of traffic around the hotel (it was not a problem for us at all and there is anyway a air condition installed)

This property should be classified as B&B instead of boutique hotel. Sorry.

The location is close to the main train station.

Cannot request an early check-in. Room 21 has soundproof, but not room 23 as you can hear any kind of noise, from the street or other guests opening/closing the doors. Over-priced breakfast. Pastries and cheese are not enough for guests in the dining room. If you want to make it a buffet breakfast, please ensure to provide more.
