CAENの中心地にあり、食事に行くにも、観光に行くにも、全て徒歩圏内という便利さ。直ぐ近くにPAULやCASINOというスーパーもあり、重宝しました。家主のMarieさんは、とても親切な方で、チェックイン時間前なのに、「お部屋の用意が出来ましたので、どうぞ。」とメッセージを送って下さいました。置いてある食器類も2人での滞在には充分でした。
Wi-Fiが繋がらなかったこと。
寝室の窓の外に鳩が沢山いた事。
サロンのソファーベッドで眠る方は、金曜日の夜は深夜まで外が賑やかなので、覚悟して下さい。

Emplacement incroyable pour visiter Caen, un peu bruyant le soir avec les bars à proximité. Tout se fait facilement à pied. Le logement est très joli et pratique.
Manque un peu d'équipements en cuisine (micro-onde, par exemple).

Accueil chaleureux de notre très gentille hôtesse qui nous a délivré beaucoup d'informations intéressantes sur l'appartement, sur la visite de la ville, l'emplacement des restaurants et bien d'autres choses encore.
Emplacement central de l'appartement, mais à la fois très calme.
Très bien équipé, confortable et propre.
Convient très bien à une petite famille de 3 à 4 personnes.
En bref, rien que du positif.
