The location is wonderful, so close the beach, the amenities on site, and really close to Mablethorpe. The Caravan has everything you could possibly need and more.

It was clean and welcoming. Very homely. Great little touches such as hand wash in toilets and kitchen. Lovely decor. Outside balcony lit up at night.
Lots of equipment for kitchen, lots of books/dvds and a game station. Great sensory items. Property great for children with special needs/autism
Bedding was characters and there was lots of soft toys
Ten minute walk to facilities.
Closer would have been nicer but the actual property is great. The owner Andrea was lovely and very helpful

The caravan was lovely and clean, had everything needed and more. Where caravan situ area is spacious, clean and quiet too.

Everything was provided for except towels. We couldn’t have wanted anymore. The correspondence with the owner was great and they let us arrive earlier as the property was ready and to enjoy the sunshine. The property was extremely clean so a great start to our holiday.
Nothing to dislike.
