Make sure you take pic of before you show up and just before you leave

For the price it’s expected to be ok… but the whole place was disgusting Moldy pan cups

My stay was messed up because of how dirty the place was

The distance from the hospital

The house is a very dirty place. Its like a haunted house. Very smelly, everything in the room is dirty. Floors, kitchen sinks, bathroom tabs and sinks i couldnt even touch them. I went to work without bathing. I left the house 8am when my clock out time was 11 am. I was starting work at 12 am. Decided to stay in the company reception than the house

Awful place awful host Dirty. Old stuff left around. House share with shared bathroom was urine all over toilet bath was filthy TV didn't work host was rude ended up staying somewhere else. Had 3 random people knocking at door in balaclavas asking for drugs in the 10 minutes we stayed there. Rang the host to ask about TV started shouting and swearing and sending threats.

I DID NOT STAY THE NIGHT IT WAS HORRIBLE LEFT IN 30 MINUTES!

I didn’t like the property it smelt horrid there was dirt inside the bedside table the bed sheet had holes inside. The tv did not work. There was no privacy as people were cooking next door the smell of their food was in our room. It just was not a pleasant place to stay. The area was also not a very appealing place. I ended up leaving within 30 minutes of arriving. It just was not good living conditions would definitely not recommend!!!!

We never stayed it was un habitable .

We made entry to the property and immediately left, finding alternative accommodation.

I wouldn't stay here again if it was offered free, the bedding looked as though it had been used. The bathroom was dirty, the room was dirty, the handle to the room was almost hanging off, the tv did not work, and the area was undoubtedly dodgy. Not good at all.

This property is sheer squalor.

We rolled up to the rear of this property as instructed to access the key safe. There we found a dirty old mattress covering a mound of rubbish alongside another open rubbish bin. If that's not an invitation for vermin I don't know what is. The terraced house share is in a rough part of town and the outside of the property was the roughest on the block. My wife refused to even enter the property. The owners standards of environmental health and cleanliness were clearly on show from the outside of the property so god knows what's lurking inside. Steer well clear, the owner lied when confronted and said I was in a state of drunkenness when arriving at the property to avoid processing a refund. I never even met the owner. I am tea total and drove from Leeds to Bradford that evening for alternative acommodation. Do yourselves a favour and give this property a wide berth.

Radiator never worked. Lukewarm heating- when asked, owner said heating works, when it clearly did not.
