The stay was horrendous

There was beg bugs all over the room called them about it they said there ja nothing they can do about it so me and my partner had to stay on the sofa till the next morning to leave and they still have not done anything about it they started to ignore the calls message even tho we sent proof of the bed bugs there was everywhere and i mean everywhere window cill in the crapets all over both beds

They hide the fact that there is a deposit charge and that there is a requirement to upload your personal details on some app (photo of ID and a self-recorded selfie) until you have made the non-refundable payment.

I didn’t know the property had a shared toilet and kitchen and I cancelled when the host mentioned it. I requested a refund and they still have not given me a refund saying they cannot give a refund.
