Good position for what we needed to do that weekend
Didn’t seem any fire precautions no signs if emergency, we was on second floor how do we get out if fire no signs showing how to get out if fire on stairs didnt seem this was looked in to nothing showing fire exits or where we meet outside needs looking at

Room was very clean
Quiet Location and safe parking in the area
Also close to local amenities such as shops and cafe's
Close to bus route for trips into Leeds or further afield to Harrogate

Only 3 sachets of coffee and no teabags in the room for a 2 night stay
No mirror in the room or bathroom
A small shelf in the bathroom could also be a benefit
Bed comfortable but starting to sag in the centre
Windows had restricted opening so little airflow in the room
Shower being at the top of the house has very low flow

It was clean.
En-suite & mini fridge.
The main gate onto the property was rickety.
First night the door to the house was open but the second night it was locked. The code I had been given didn’t work & we couldn’t access the property. Called the phone number I was given. No one answered so left a message. Still no contact. Eventually after about 10 minutes someone from inside let us in & said the code was for a different door which we didn’t know about.
Also needed a NASA degree to get the TV to work. Eventually after half an hour my husband managed to get it to work. It needed tuning.
