Friendly and Helpful host who keep in regular communication.
Fridge with Mini Freezer in room for ice and to store food and drinks.
Choice of toilets, 2 showers and a bath between guests so no long ques!
Spacious kitchen with cupboards for each room so no change of your food being stolen

Beautiful decor
While not bang on the city centre it's only a 35 minute walk or a ten minute bus ride!
Shower mixer is not the best, once it gets hot it takes a while for it to cool down again.
An additional security deposit of £50 is required in case of any damage or rule which you aren't made aware of until after you have made your booking, you then have to wait up to 4 days after check out until you get it back..
Could do with a mirror in the room
Late check out requests are slow and not guaranted.I had to cancel it in the end as I still wasn't given an answer on the morning of.
They could be more milks for complimentary coffee however I was smart and brought my own mini UHT's

Clean and cosy. Sweet of them to provide straightener and other utilities - heaters provided . Loved the decor of the two main bathrooms and kitchen ..and although no staff very helpful messaging service and responded quick
Some visitors did not respect the rules of quite hours
