My stay was comfortable, but there is an unnecessary extortion by the private operator.
It was very clean and comfortable.
The private operator will force you to pay an additional unplanned £50 before he will released the key to you. So, you must have extra cash in your account when you travel otherwise your money is gone, and you will be stranded. This amount is said to be a deposit to be returned to you if you don’t “spoil” anything. But a week now since leaving it has not been paid back. This is not mentioned in the Booking advert. The annoying part is that if you come back to lodge again while your £50 deposit is still being held by them you must pay another £50 deposit. These amounts are separate from the advertised rates which you must have duly paid.

I recommend
The room was neat and very spacious, the kitchen as well as the shower and toilet. I really love the fact that I did not see any other person during my stay so I felt relaxed. Hot water was steady and the location is close to a bus stop.
The stairs to the building, but it was a minor issue.

Budget accommodation, fair value for money
This is budget accommodation, so judge it accordingly. The room was spacious and comfortable, with fridge provided. shared kitchen and bathroom clean and well appointed. The downsides are location isn’t great. Parking is not provided. There is ample on street parking, but it isn’t a great area and I wasn’t happy with my car on the street. Rooms overlook a busy overpass, but it isn’t noisy. Overall this is fair value and if you are on a budget, I would recommend it.
