It was very clean and comfortable.
The private operator will force you to pay an additional unplanned £50 before he will released the key to you. So, you must have extra cash in your account when you travel otherwise your money is gone, and you will be stranded. This amount is said to be a deposit to be returned to you if you don’t “spoil” anything. But a week now since leaving it has not been paid back. This is not mentioned in the Booking advert. The annoying part is that if you come back to lodge again while your £50 deposit is still being held by them you must pay another £50 deposit. These amounts are separate from the advertised rates which you must have duly paid.

The proximity to Leeds city centre and the price of the hotel. The size of the room, the kitchen looked fine although I didn’t use it. The shower is ok but a little too small. The locks seem to be safe, it’s quiet though near the road. The fridge, coffee and sugar provided.
I expected there to be heating in the rooms and hot water in the showers. That was not the case. Promising that there will be a bath and not finding it there was not a good idea. The room was ok but work needs to be done on the cabinets and the attached walk in wardrobe. I expected a change of beddings the next day which was not the case.
