Cheap and good location but very rundown and at best’quirky’. I wouldn’t recommend or return
Location and comms.
It was dilapidated outside and parts of the inside. The carpets are utterly filthy and stained. The doors to each room are glass and the landing/stair lights are not automatic so despite continuously turning them off they kept being turned back on. This is terrible when trying to sleep. Either use auto switches or provide blinds for the doors. The mattress was as hard as nails and the shower was the equivalent of a dripping tap. There weren’t even any forks in the kitchen and only cutlery for a couple of people.

Vey handy location and comfortable stay - would stay again.
For me the location was very good - easy access and parking. The facilities were good (as described) - the property could benefit from some decorating, but bed comfortable and shower worked well . The hosts provided good information - but I had multiple emails after check in on how to check in - probably just a computer glitch.
For a secure property the front door was often held open - so no keys needed to enter from garden (but external gate usually locked).

Bed was small but comfy and clean Location great and host replies to messages quickly
I wouldn’t say it was quite the rating it’s down as . The property needs quite a bit of attention but the room was adequate and bedding was clean
