Well..l would say a very good ..secure place to spend few weeks if coming to Leeds for visit

The staff very professional..there was no electricity in my room ..they gave me another room to spend the night ...which was very good ...honestly l cannot see anything to complain about this threadworks accomodation. It is already better so ..just they should keep it how it is ...

Not worth the stress.

The place was clean. The person who first checked me in was great, and the reception people were also great. They were also initially responsive via email and text which was good.

The problem came after I forgot my watch and charger at the place and had to go back to get it. The man in charge of the room made the experience extremely difficult , uncomfortable and upsetting. The worst customer service experience of my life, so bad that I will only ever book hotels going forward. He initially said he found my charger but not my watch, and that it wasn’t there because the place had already been cleaned. I showed him that the last known location of my watch was in the building. He initially didn’t want me to go with him to look for my watch again because I had shoes, and the place was already cleaned. I did offer to even take off my shoes if he would prefer. After much discussion, he eventually agreed to let me go with him to go back into the room to look for it.Whilst there, he consistently verbalised his annoyance about me needing to be there. Once I realised that the watch had fallen under the bed, he started expressing how terrible this was as it meant I was messing up the room for the next guest. All I had to do was move the mattress to the side so I could get my watch, and I moved it back once I had retrieved it. His hostility didn’t match my mistake. All I did was forget my watch. It also shouldn’t have been so difficult to allow me to even look for the watch in the first place. It’s a shame because everyone else I encountered up until that point had been great. I unfortunately can’t recommend this place in good faith due to my experience with that man. I’d rather spend more money and book elsewhere if it means I don’t have to experience such awful treatment ever again.
