Great location great view of see owner was pleasant welcoming . Sorted parking permits out for us great touch

Property served a purpose for somwhere to get head down for a night clean comfortable base however for longer Stay would defo want curtains that shut light out With bit of modernisation would be spot on property.

Great location in the centre of Bridlington. Overall clean. Good, powerful and hot shower. Sea view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet at night. Sea view. TV was great with streaming services on it. Nice little touches like toothbrush and notebook and pen, first aid kit and sewing kit. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided. Nice towels.

Broken blind to block out sunlight. Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom or bedroom. Thin walls, could hear other people’s TVs but they did go off my 11pm so wasn’t too bad. Carpet was a little dirty but overall it was very clean. Top floor with lots of steps so something to bear in mind for older people - I was in a single room with sea view. Furniture was nothing fancy but okay. For the price, I do think it could have been a bit nicer. Or the price should be a bit lower. It was quite a small room and the overall look of the property from the outside looks a bit dilapidated, kinda gave me the impression of a halfway house; It was fine as a solo woman for a couple of nights, but I wouldn’t want to book a romantic getaway here.

Place was dated but we were only there one night and it was very cheap and the bed as comfy

No sink in the toilet it was in the bedroom which I found odd
