Great location fantastic breakfast. Very clean overall. We loved our stay here. Hosts are great and very obliging.
Please take these as constructive feedback as they are literally Minor niggles only. Only one hot chocolate sachet in tea tray but we both would have liked a bed time hot chocolate. Lino in bathroom could have been finished neater and there is a chip in the bath enamel.

very nice guest house with friendly staff, very clean room, nice comfy bed, breakfast very good, free on-street parking courtesy of staff booking permit, short walk to the sea front and town, would definitely stay here again.
not much to complain about really.
