A very warm welcome from knocking on ian and mo's door to leaving, they couldn't do enough for us, they treated us like friends they hadn't seen for a while even though we'd only just met them. Clean and tidy B&B with excellent breakfast included. Location spot on only 5 mins from sea front. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, friendly welcome from the hosts. Great breakfast. Shared facilities but wasn't a problem. Located a short walk from the harbour and all the amenities. All in all a relaxing break. Thank you.
I found the bed a little uncomfortable but I do have a bad back so maybe it was just me.

Breakfast excellent and hosts happy to accommodate all the requests I made. Bed extremely comfortable. Harbour, beach and town all very close. Trip to Bempton for seabirds and Flamborough for seals well worth it. Stunning coastal views.
Solely personal taste - others may really like the following: Colour black made room a bit gloomy. Surprised to realise that breakfast is around a shared table. For a morning curmudgeon like me that was quite difficult even though everyone was lovely.
