The location was great as we were going to a show in the Spa.
Needs a lick of paint and updating inside. Entrance not very appealing! Waited 45 minutes for our breakfast.

The breakfast was really good. The fried bread was lovely. The only let down was that you only get two mushrooms but overall great value
The only issue was with the stairs really. We had to get up three flights each time we went to the room. However, having said this, there were seats at the top of each flight so you could stop and rest if needed

Clean, Staff friendly
Very old fashioned, no reception, no info, no toiletries, noisy till midnight as the hotel is above the pub. Breakfast was good but minimal info given about time and menu.
