From getting a call the day before to sort out the parking everything was excellent. On arrival the heating had been switched on for us. Sue was very welcoming and told us if we needed anything don't hesitate to get in touch (not that we needed to) The room was spacious with everything you needed including a massive size bed. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the near future ourselves.
Only negative for me was the the checking in time maybe check in a hour earlier!

Large room, large comfortable bed. Plenty of tea/coffee/shampoor/shower gel etc. The room was quiet at night. About 1o minutes walk from the centre of town. Parking permit booked by host.
