Very clean, room although compact had everything we needed

The whole grounds/ hotel were spotless.
An ice machine was available as were complementary bottles of water to all customers. Staff were attentive , friendly and very respectful. All consumables (toilet rolls, washing products etc.) were in abundance.

Location is perfect for town centre. Breakfast isn’t served on the premises but plenty of shops, cafes/bars within walking distance (5-10 mins).

Mattress needs changing.
Shared bathroom.
Permit for my car was taken by someone and I couldn't park. Last minute a car left so managed to get in. Needs a better system for parking.
