The place is above a pub and it is well located. It could do with a lick of paint and some airing out. It is a great place considering the value for money and it is very well located for local services and the beach. The staff and the local residents were just great. Thank you to Drew and Annabel, the owners as well as to Richard, Simon, Pete and "Bob Wardrobe" - for making my stay exceptional.

It needs to be aired out and some redecoration. Otherwise it was great considering the value for money.

Could do with some decorating touching up in bathroom and corner on roof in living room

The beds were comfortable and it was within walking distance to town.

The member of staff who checked us in was nice however the person on the bar on Thursday teatime was quite ignorant & didn't even acknowledge we were there. The hotel is in desperate need of modernisation, the carpets all need replacing as they stink, especially in the staircase & the whole place needs painting & the woodwork/doors all need to be painted white. Otherwise it wouldn't be too bad for the price.
