Good location, very clean and well decorated. Plenty of pillows and towels. Pub served lovely foods including a good breakfast at a good cost which included hot drinks, juices and toast. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Room very pleasant and ideally placed for our needs . Would of liked more tea bags left for our 3 night stay as we got back after the bar had shut and we’re out early so did not ask

Bed was comfortable Housekeeping good. Issue with one meal which was refunded. Hairdryer was dangerous -we reported and it was taken away and replaced. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent. Dining room chairs very shabby and could do with replacing. No shelf for toiletries in bathroom.

Great place to stay, as the hotel side is separate from the pub part, plenty of parking, and close enough to walk into Bridlington, Thr lobster pot itself is in need of a refurb, the staff are great and friendly, unfortunately the food wasn't that good.

Accommodation is comfortable and clean with some excellent breakfast food. The Marston pub seating is very worn and the restaurant could do with a refresh. The outside seating area has a number of tables and chairs that are very worn with a few broken and marked off with hazardous tape. Let’s hope the place gets a well earned refresh soon.

Had a couple of nights here while over in Brid, was a very nice and conformable stay, breakfast was nice too. I didn't get chance to try the ales at the bar, hopefully next time!

The room and food were excellent, and most of the staff were lovely, its obvious they were very short staffed, but one of the front of house staff were very rude, a young thin girl with glasses, not only did she completely ignore me at check in but at breakfast she shouted to a few of us who were waiting to be seated when i asked her if we should get out own table, we are nusy clearing tablets if you don't like it go somewhere else, rolled her eyes and walked off, im am myself in hospitality and know whats its like to be short staffed and under pressure, but you don't ignore your customers or speak to them in that manner

We stayed for one night in family room the two single beds where absolutely terrible felt like laying on springs and the upstairs people must of been elephants as sounded like was going to come through ceiling, the pub it’s self was ok had nice breakfast.

The hotel room, was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, but needs moving away from the bathroom wall as it was very tight. ideal place to sleep, as its away from the pub. The food wasn't to my liking, as chips had skin on them, with no other options, also not many different meals, mostly chips, with every things. Breakfast not to my wifes liking, as ither not hot enough, or overcooked. As myself cooked the same each day for a full breakfast, would have been nice, but you cant have it right all the time. Outside was very nice.

The staff in both the dining area / bar, and the housekeeping staff in the hotel couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. The accessible room with wet room had been set up with 2 single beds as per our request. There was plenty of space to accommodate this within the room and this was a huge benefit to myself and the friend I was working to support on this holiday. The only slight complaint was that there was at times a bad smell within the wet room, this was by no means dirty, but slightly off putting .... I can only wonder if it was a problem with the drains? Otherwise a perfectly lovely stay, I would certainly use the hotel again if I was in the area and looking for good accessible accommodation. Thank you.

You check in at The Lobster Pot pub about 50 metres across the car park. The staff are friendly and it’s convenient if you want to eat. Rooms are fine and above all, clean. Good showers in a bath. Tea and coffee bags supplied with sachet semi-skimmed milk is better than the norm in other chains.
