location of the hotel was ideal for the trip to Bridlington Spa, easy 10 min walk. Breakfast very good, Parking available but mostly street parking.
there wasn't a "lounge" area for our group to gather together b4 we went out, Might of had a round of drinks if there had been.

Location
Light bulbs not working in bedroom or private bathroom. Hot water takes over 2 minutes to come through which means wasting a lot of water. Power sockets in bedroom weren't connected properly so kettle kept turning off. Window blinds were extremely difficult to drop at night. Hotel staff never around when you need them. Ringing the bell at reception gets no response. Went to breakfast at 08:13 and dining room was closed and nobody around. Lots of scraps of A4 paper pinned everywhere giving information which looked very amateurish.
Overall very disappointed considering the high price. Everything was dated and felt like something out of the 70's.
